Some offer a "Therapy Dog certificate", others offer a "Canine Good Citizen certificate"; but one of the overriding themes of these organizations is that they offer insurance coverage for when the dog teams are performing or conducting visits when performed according to the rules of the organization and in a manner authorized by the recipients of the dog therapy.
